The service was on the time stated so cant fault them only down side had to freight charges this should be made aware of at time of purchase

i was very impressed with all aspects of the service, we had the measurements wrong which they noticed straight away and emailed us to adjust the measurements, it was all straight forward and efficient.

love the dress, only thing wrong was the padding i live where it is very very hot, otherwise was perfect, perfect and more perfect - haven't taken a photo yet as i haven't been to the event thank you very much for the dress in the box.
