I had mine custom made which takes slightly longer and was surprised how quickly it arrived. Beware though if you live in the UK, I was stung for an extra £60 by the delivery man for customs charges!!

It was my first time ordering a customed dress online. I was really surprised how well it fits. I don't even have to make small adjustments!
