The dress arrived relatively quickly AFTER ordering, so in terms of process no problems at all.

The dress is exactly as pictured and it arrived professionally packaged and faster than I expected.

The color is beautiful though it is worth noting that the satin detailing on the dress came in a different tone (I'd gone for the dark green) and so isn't the same as the rest of the dress. Not a problem but just something to be aware of.
